Reproduction, extraction or reuse of any part of this site, in whole or in part, on any medium, without prior written authorization is prohibited and may constitute an infringement under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Studios that subscribe to StrandRestore keep full ownership of the client records, measurements, orders, letters and claim entries they create in the product. A generated letter, once produced, may be used freely by the studio and its client for reimbursement purposes.
Liability
MLJ, SASU takes reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but does not guarantee that it is free of error or omission. The figures published on the home page come from aggregated reporting by subscribing studios and describe past results, not a promise of future results. StrandRestore produces documents that support a reimbursement claim, and it does not decide, guarantee or influence the outcome of any claim made to any insurance carrier or plan administrator. Any medical, tax or legal question that arises from a client file remains a matter for the appropriate qualified professional.
MLJ, SASU cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from an interruption of the website, from a technical fault outside its control, or from the content of any third party website reached through a link published here.

This legal notice and the use of this website are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to this website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless a mandatory rule of consumer law provides otherwise.
